The financing round saw participation from Karatage Opportunities, a London-based hedge fund specializing in digital assets, alongside the Sui Foundation. The deal priced shares at $5.42 each, with gross proceeds earmarked for advancing the Sui ecosystem.
Karatage, an early investor in Sui, brings deep operational expertise through its partnership with Mysten Labs, the network's original developer. The offering also attracted notable crypto-native firms including Pantera Capital, Galaxy Digital, and Electric Capital—signaling institutional confidence in Sui's LAYER 1 infrastructure.
